Sampson Consulting provides an additional online resource for each student that includes materials and information for students above and beyond the class for each of the specialty classes provided here.
All classes here are best experienced in a group setting but can be provided in a private class. We enjoy the opportunity to offer community classes at special discounts.

This class is similar to the NRA Refuse To Be a Victim class above but focused on college freshmen or juniors who are leaving home for the first time.

This is a USCCA class designed to inform and educate realtors on how to stay safe on the job. In this 4-hour class we will cover the following objectives:
-Recognize the unique aspects of your job that put you at risk of a violent encounter.
-Learn to avoid violent encounters by developing an acute awareness of your surroundings.
-Differentiate between “looking” and “seeing,” and understand how to detect threat indicators early.
-Recognize the physical and psychological effects you might experience during a dynamic critical incident.
-Learn how to employ various defensive strategies to mitigate an unwanted encounter before it escalates.
-Recognize the defensive options — both armed and unarmed — you can use to help keep yourself safe.
-Describe how to treat various traumatic and medical emergencies. (optional)
-Learn methods and best practices for ensuring your safety as a realtor.

Local Talks — If you have a civic organization, I am more than happy to provide a talk to your group. The talk provides a general safety approach you can take regardless of what your company may choose to do. Handouts can be provided.
USCCA Counter the Mass Shooter Threat (6 hours) — This valuable class discusses the details of who is doing the shooting, where are the shootings occurring, what are they doing the shooting with, the impacts of social media, how long it lasts, how long it takes police to arrive, the difference fighting back makes, and specific examples of events. Then we break down how to determine signs, emergency operation plans, operations for schools, houses of worship, run, hide-fight, triage and treatment of wounded, gun-free zones, and more. This can be customized to support your specific organization. Please call us to discuss holding this critical training.

Part of protecting your loved ones is knowing how to take care of them in an emergency. This 5-hour class addresses four main topics areas that are sure to help you address many medical emergencies.
