It’s the Law

All students are required by law to be US Citizen's. There are some rare exceptions, but in general ITAR (International Traffic In Arms Regulations) require all participants of firearm training be US Citizens.

You cannot be a felon and you cannot have a restraining order placed against you.

You cannot be using illicit drugs. The federal government still has not legalized medical marijuana so you cannot obtain training if any of those are the case.
